Dashfire operates Elusive, a botanical bar and cocktail room in the historic Thorp building on Central Avenue in Northeast Minneapolis. The program is built on botanicals and fueled by experimentation. The house offers bitters and cocktail classes. Elusive is open Thursday through Saturday, 4pm to midnight. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available for events.
