The Pétillant Naturel from Muskateller grapes arrives unfiltered and without added sugar, fermented via Méthode ancestrale, aged seven months on lees, and hand-disgorged. The 2025 carries 12.5% alcohol and 6.1 g/l acidity. A Muskateller Schaumwein rounds the portfolio with notes of sweet fruit, lime, and grape jelly at 12.0% alcohol.
