Charles Sturt University Winery is an integral part of Australia's leading wine science school, located in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The winery produces premium small batch cool climate boutique wines using state-of-the-art technology while maintaining traditional winemaking practices. Visitors can experience wines at the forefront of viticultural practices at their Cellar Door, open Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 6pm.
