About Creekside Cellars, LLC
Creekside Cellars opened in Evergreen in 2000, drawing fruit from The Vinelands in Palisade. The program spans Rhone varietals and Bordeaux blends alongside whites. Rosso, the house red blend, comprises 45% Mourvedre, 45% Cinsault, 5% Counoise and 5% Syrah. The 2016 Syrah spent fifteen months in new French oak. The 2022 Cabernet Franc aged thirty-six months in Appalachian oak. The 2023 Malbec aged thirty months in Appalachian oak. The 2019 Robusto is a blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot and 3% Malbec. The 2020 Lakehaus Port is made of 100% Tempranillo. The tasting room welcomes dogs and serves food from the Mediterranean Cafe, with outdoor seating available.
