Dan Williams is the winemaker at Crag Crest Cellars in Cedaredge, Colorado. Five generations of fruit growing in Western Colorado inform the work. Hand-crafted wines are made using grapes harvested from their own vineyards and other local growers. The tasting room is located in The AppleShed, open Monday through Saturday from 10 to 5, and Sunday 10 to 4. The wine club ships four times yearly, with Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership tiers. Bronze membership is 4 bottles per shipment for $80 plus shipping and tax. Silver membership is 6 bottles per shipment for $120 plus shipping and tax. Gold membership is 12 bottles per shipment for $240 plus shipping and tax. Wines are available at select liquor stores across the western slope of Colorado.
