Three Rivers, Michigan. 1961. Dayton and Allene Hubbard started what has grown into a farm working over 150 acres of orchards, vineyards, and fields. Everything stays on site. Bakery, winery, cidery, distillery, all of it made on the farm. The cider starts with fresh-pressed juice from the farm's own heritage apples, the same juice that becomes the backbone of the hard ciders.
