Claudio Family Cellars is a small production winery in St. Helena, established in 2021 by Chris Jones after two decades of home winemaking. Jones works across several varieties—Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, and whites—with an emphasis on restraint: organic yeasts, harvest timing driven by natural acidity, and minimal extraction. Annual production holds at roughly 750 cases. Visits are by appointment.
