About Cinnabar Vineyards and Winery
Cinnabar pours in Gilroy these days, at the 3200A Dryden Avenue tasting room, where the house philosophy is wine made "with soul, science, and a touch of nature's magic." The Alchemist Wine Society club and private events round out the experience; the longtime downtown Saratoga tasting room closed in March 2025.
