About Cincinnato
Cincinnato is a historic wine cooperative in Cori, Lazio, representing 79 years of tradition with 550 hectares of vineyards and olive groves managed by 105 families. The winery specializes in native varietals like Nero Buono and Bellone, operates as a certified organic producer, and offers a wine resort with 15 suites, restaurant, and guided tastings in an 19th-century farmhouse overlooking the Circeo promontory.

A tour to better understand the territory and varieties that characterize the company's production with a tour between the vineyard and the cellar and tasting of sparkling wine and the two DOCs accompanied by local food and wine products. Duration: 1.5 hours.

A walk among the vines to learn about the vine cycle and the scents of the earth, to discover the production and aging phases of the wines. The aromas and fragrance of Bellone, the spicy and fruity notes of Nero Buono and the olive oil from Itrana cultivar. Each wine paired with finger foods created by the chef. Duration: 1.5 hours.
