About Chestnut Oak Vineyard, LLC
Chestnut Oak Vineyard began in 2006 with a single acre each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Manseng, then expanded in 2014 and 2015 to include Merlot, Petit Verdot, Viognier, and Nebbiolo. The vineyard is located in Virginia's Monticello AVA, twenty minutes north of Charlottesville. Outdoor seating and food are available. The program has earned Virginia Governor's Cup Medals. Open Friday through Monday, noon to five. A wine club offers 20% discounts and quarterly releases, and curbside pickup is available.
