About Château d'Astros
Vidauban's Château d'Astros produces organic rosé across three cuvées. L'Absolu, l'Amour, and l'Aventure. Gentle winemaking methods allow fruit and terroir character to emerge. The Mediterranean climate, moderated by proximity to the Argens river, influences the vineyard. The estate opens its organic orchards to visitors for apple picking. Summer brings La Grande Tablée, an outdoor dinner featuring invited chefs, live music, and Provençal cuisine with the house's wines. The program participates in Vignoble en Scène, the regional oenotourism event, on October 17-18, 2025.
