Celler Tianna Negre works with the native grapes of Mallorca. Manto Negro anchors the Ses Nines range, which marks two decades of the house's history. Quattuor Insulae blends four indigenous varieties. Callet, Manto Negro, Gorgollassa, and Escursac. The Sommelier Collection draws on three Mallorcan grapes. The portfolio extends to Syrah, Muscat, and Chardonnay alongside the native core. The Tianna range employs new oak for reds and ovoid concrete tanks for whites, avoiding aggressive filtering to preserve natural qualities. TN5 serves as the experimental program. Food is available at the winery.
