Celler Cairons is a small, family-run urban winery located in the heart of Vilafranca del Penedès, built above original 25 recovered stone cellars (cairons). The winery practices organic, minimal-intervention viticulture on their own vineyard, recovering forgotten grape varieties while respecting traditional winemaking methods. Visitors can tour the historic cellars and enjoy tastings paired with local cured meats and cheeses.
