About Cave Hill Winery, LLC
Cave Hill Winery sits in Eubank, Kentucky, roughly an hour south of Lexington and just north of Lake Cumberland. Bill Patterson and Debbie Patterson founded the winery in 2005, planting vines that same year and the next. The program focuses on hand-made wines, full-bodied and sometimes touched with sweetness. Chambourcin, Traminette, Cynthiana Norton, Cayuga White, and Chardonel form the portfolio. The tasting room opens Monday through Saturday, 11am to 6pm, with winter hours from noon to 6pm. Cave Hill is a Kentucky Proud business located in the South Central Region of the Kentucky Wine Trail.
