Cava Vives Ambròs is a family winery established in 1991 in Montferri, Tarragona, with 5 generations of winemaking tradition. The winery practices ecological viticulture and specializes in long-aged cava and wines, having won 71 Gold and 40 Silver medals. Visitors can tour the original underground cellars, aging rooms, and witness the artisanal disgorging process before tasting 12 wines and cavas.
