About Cassel Vineyards of Hershey, LLC
Five acres of vineyard on a 135-acre Cassel family farm in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, two miles west of Hersheypark off Route 39 on Shetland Drive. The family has cultivated this land since 1903. Craig and Chris Cassel, fifth-generation farmers, founded the winery in 2008 and received their license in 2009. The program produces Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, Traminette, Landot Noir, Concord, and Niagara, alongside handcrafted ciders and honey made on the farm.
