Casir dos Santos is a declaration of intent, born from a commitment to make the best possible wine by sourcing the finest grapes from each region and applying cutting-edge technology at every stage. The project found its home in Bodega Viña Maipú, one of Mendoza's oldest working wineries dating back to 1862, now modernized with state-of-the-art equipment while preserving its century-old heritage. This is where serious winemaking meets passion, with every step handled by experienced, motivated people who refuse to leave anything to chance.
