Giovanni Toso acquired a historic farmhouse on a hill east of Neive in 1894, establishing what would become Cascina Le Doti. The cellar program spans Barbaresco DOCG, Barbera d'Alba Superiore Ardote, Langhe Nebbiolo, Dolcetto d'Alba, and Langhe Arneis, alongside a Metodo Classico called Centovent and a passito named Piasè. Guided cellar and vineyard tours are offered, paired with customizable tastings. Starsbox glamping accommodations are available.
