About Cantina Su'entu

Cantina Su'entu works 90 hectares of reclaimed land in Sardegna, anchoring the program around Bovale. The house produces Bovale wine, Su'luna, a passito made from Bovale, Arieddas, and La Grappa di Bovale, a barrel-aged grappa from artisanal production. The cellar runs on 100 kilowatts of photovoltaic energy. Su'entu hosts Cantine Aperte, vineyard aperitifs, and Sunday openings, and welcomes dinners, weddings, and corporate events. The work earned Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso.
