About Cana Vineyards and Winery of Middleburg
Cana Vineyards and Winery sits on a hilltop in Loudoun countryside, 43 acres in Middleburg where eight are planted to Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Manseng, and Norton. Melanie Natoli leads the cellar. In 2022, she became the first woman to win the Virginia Governor's Cup in the competition's modern history, taking the prize with the 2019 Unité Reserve, an estate red blend of Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The 2019 Le Mariage earned gold and a place in the Governor's Case. The tasting room welcomes families and pets. Black Oak Café opens on weekends.
