About

Calivence operates from Fredericksburg, Texas, but the work begins in Los Olivos, where five acres of clay and limestone soil support regenerative farming. The vineyard does not use harmful pesticides and adds healthy compost to regenerate soil. The estate vineyard and curated French wines anchor the portfolio, available through a tiered wine club that ships quarterly. Three-bottle members receive 10% discount, six-bottle 15%, twelve-bottle 20%. Club members access private tastings at CALIVENCE Haus and receive invitations to visit the vineyard. Farm to Fork cuisine pairs with the wines.
