The portfolio spans Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Lenoir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Springer Mountain White Blend layers Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris into a single expression. Redemption Red anchors the program as 100% Georgia Grown Lenoir. Burnt Mountain Red Reserve blends 85% 2020 Georgia Cabernet Sauvignon with 15% 2018 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Panther Creek, aged in bourbon barrels for 105 days, carries that oak into the reserve tier. The house offers wine club membership at two levels, each with a six-month minimum commitment.
