Graham Markel produces wines at Buona Notte in Cascade Locks. Cento Per Cento is 100% Sangiovese with 75% whole cluster fermentation. Rosa blends Dolcetto and Sangiovese with a hint of Muscato from Allegre Vineyard in Hood River Valley. Fiori Di Zucca, a Sauvignon Blanc from the same vineyard, ages six months in neutral French oak. Puntarelle Gruner Veltliner comes from two vineyards at 1500 feet on the cliffs of Underwood. Andiamo Merlot comes from a steeply sloped hillside on the backside of The Dalles. Brutto Nobile, Syrah from the Rocks District of Milton-Freewater AVA, carries 5% Roussanne. Pianoforte Pinot Noir sources from Acadia Vineyard in Underwood, an 80-acre property farmed organically and moving towards biodynamic practices. Panna Cotta is a skin-contact Chardonnay.
