About Briar Creek Vineyards
Don and Donna Freeman established Briar Creek Vineyards in Whitehouse in 2006. The vineyard spans three acres. The Chardonnay blends predominantly Chardonnay with a touch of Viognier, unoaked. Texas Two Step pairs Cabernet and Merlot. Trio, a blend of Sangiovese, Syrah, and Zinfandel or Merlot, earned silver at the 2024 Houston Rodeo. Sweetbriar Blanc rounds out the range as a Muscat wine. Tastings run every Saturday from 2 to 6pm.
