About Brand & Fils
Three generations deep in Ergersheim, started in 1956 with 53 ares of vines and a bunch of wheat fields. Went full biodynamic in 2015 under Philippe (Demeter certified, horses plowing the rows, zero sulfites added, indigenous yeasts only). They use 3 kg of copper per hectare per year, which is almost nothing.
