Spottsville, Kentucky. Johnny Boucherie built one of the largest vineyards in Kentucky here, work that earned him Henderson Chamber of Commerce's 2022 Agriculturalist of the Year. The program spans eight grape varieties, bottled and aged in-house. Chardonel and Catawba anchor the portfolio. Summer Crisp draws from estate-grown Chardonel. Boucherie's Barrel Reserve, a red blend, ages five months in local Kentucky bourbon barrels. The tasting room pours daily, with outdoor seating and a picnic area. Dogs welcome.
