Bookcliff Vineyards operates from two locations, anchored in Boulder with a tasting room open Thursday through Sunday, 1 to 7 pm year round. The program sources grapes from Western Colorado's high desert, crafting 100% Colorado wines across robust reds, playful whites, and sweet dessert wines. Oak barrels and stainless steel are used in winemaking. A second tasting room and vineyard in Palisade is open Monday through Thursday 12 pm to 6 pm, Friday 12 pm to 7 pm, Saturday 11 am to 8:30 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 6 pm.
