Bonita Flats Farm and Vineyard began in 2017 with 600 Blanc Du Bois vines planted that April. The program expanded in March 2022 with 1500 Walker variety vines. From March through June harvest, the vineyard sources grapes from Rio Grande Valley growers and the high plains to produce 100% Texas wine. The tasting room pours four handcrafted wines for $20 per person. A chocolate pairing option pairs four reds with hand-crafted chocolate from Raw Chocolate in Brownsville for $30. Family owned.
