The winery works with 80 hectares of vineyard, some planted in the 1950s, maintaining local varieties like Airén and Cencibel while recovering traditional varieties such as Tinto Velasco and Albillo Real. All vineyards are certified organic and managed under regenerative viticulture philosophy.
