The winery cultivates 20 hectares of their own vineyard plus 40 hectares from trusted vitners, focusing on old vines aged 20-80 years with small production. Under the direction of Gorka Martínez de Cañas since 2001, the winery combines traditional artisan concepts with innovation to showcase their understanding of terroir and viticulture.
