Bodega Las Tirajanas is the largest winery on the island of Gran Canaria, founded in the 1990s by a group of winemakers from San Bartolomé de Tirajana who united their harvests. Operating as a cooperative of 17 families with vineyards across different locations on the island, the winery produces 100% island wines with a distinctive three-month harvest period from July to October.
