Bodegas Los Astrales was founded in late 2000 by the Romera de la Cruz family, third-generation vintners in Anguix (Burgos) within the Ribera del Duero denomination. The winery is dedicated to imprinting love for their inherited vineyards into every wine, practicing sustainable viticulture with minimal intervention in the winemaking process.
