Ashley's path to Blue Mule began with homemade wine in five-gallon carboys, then three years crafting wine for another local winery before establishing this Fayetteville operation. The portfolio spans Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Tempranillo, Lenoir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Mary Margaret, a dry Sauvignon Blanc at $25, and Hijinks, a Pinot Grigio at the same price, anchor the whites. Annie & Albert, a dry Tempranillo at $32, and Cigar Box Jack, a dry barrel-aged Lenoir at $28, represent the reds. The tasting room features outdoor seating and farm animals on the grounds. Texas orders ship flat-rate for $25.
