About Birghan Pierre

Alain Birghan tends vineyard parcels across four surrounding communes in Husseren Les Chateaux, each exposure south or south-east at 300 meters altitude. The program spans three AOC categories: AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru, and AOC Crémant d'Alsace. Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir form the core portfolio, alongside Grand Cru Eichberg and Grand Cru Pfersigberg. Crémant d'Alsace rounds the work. Manual harvests feed into a cellar equipped with oak barrels for aging before bottling on the property. HVE certification was acquired in March 2020.
