Bin to Bottle

About

Bin to Bottle opened in 2005 as a custom crush operation in Napa Valley, built to serve winemakers and beverage producers who need production space without the overhead of their own facility. Ninety-five thousand square feet of production space holds 194 fermenters ranging from 1,000 to 9,000 gallons, with both open and closed tops. The cellar can accommodate 2.25 million gallons total. Twenty-five thousand square feet of barrel storage anchors the program. Equipment includes Pellenc Selectiv Process destemmers and a CODI canning line with six-head counter-pressure filler. The house serves over 60 clients across wine and alternative beverages, operating under Winegrower, Still, Rectifier, Distilled Spirits, Public Warehouse, and Small Beer Manufacturer permits.
