Bighorn Cellars opened in Anaconda in 1884, the building itself dating to that same year. Vanessa, who spent 15 years working alongside top sommeliers and winemakers, now leads the program. The tasting room requires a reservation and charges $30 per person for a standard group tasting of three wines. Group tastings feature mystery wines with descriptions in random order. Food is available. Wine texts arrive three to six times monthly for those on the mailing list. Wines do not ship.
