Two legendary Greek winemakers founded this organic estate in 2001 on land where an ancient grape variety called "biblia ambelos" once thrived, and they've been crushing it ever since, with multiple Decanter trophies and a European best dry white wine award. The 35-hectare vineyard sits at 400 meters on rocky soil at the foot of Mount Pageo, where they do everything the old-fashioned way, no high-tech shortcuts.
