Amber Knolls Vineyard arrived in 1997, bringing 1,025 plantable acres to 1,618 gross. Crimson Ridge followed in 1999 with 454 plantable acres across 2,366 gross. Most recently, Amber Mountain joined in 2018, adding 143 plantable acres to 188 gross. The house works Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Sauvignon Blanc.
