Bar Z sits at the edge of Palo Duro Canyon in Canyon, Texas, where Monty shapes a program built on grapes from the Texas High Plains AVA. The winery works directly with vineyard owners across the region, translating that partnership into award-winning wines. The tasting room opens seven days a week, Monday through Wednesday from 1 PM to 7 PM, Thursday through Sunday from 1 PM to 9 PM. The Barrel Room hosts events up to 70 guests indoors, and the property offers RV overnight accommodations for those staying longer. The calendar includes goat yoga, live music, paint and sips, and bingo.
