Gary Babick has been making wine for almost 20 years and leads Babick Cellars in Enumclaw alongside Melissa Pellini, a winemaker and chemist. The winery sources grapes from Frenchman Hills Vineyard in the Royal Slope AVA. All wines are aged for three years in oak and stored for three months after bottling before sale. The portfolio includes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Viognier. Visits require a reservation and carry a tasting fee of $35 per person. One dollar from every bottle purchased is donated to Tunnels to Towers.
