Three brothers established Azienda Biologica Trebotti in 2003 in Castiglione in Teverina, in Lazio. Almost no automation shapes the cellar. The program includes Grechetto, Aleatico, Sangiovese, and Incrocio Manzoni, with a line of wines made without added sulfites. Among the first in Italy to measure and certify the carbon footprint of wines. The agricultural laboratory produces bio-sustainable delicacies from local products. Visitors can join EcoWineExperience tours and tastings.
