Azienda Agricola Frozza has worked the slopes of Valdobbiadene since 1870, a family operation in a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. The program spans the full expression of Prosecco, from the frizzante to the spumante, alongside Vin Col Fondo, which referments naturally in bottle. Sedimento represents the house's work in this vein. Giovanin, drawn from vines between 60 and 100 years old, ages for five years before release. The cellar welcomes visitors for tours and tastings.
