Audacia is a red wine boutique winery located in Cape Agulhas, South Africa, specializing in innovative naturally preserved wines. The winery pioneered the world's first Rooibos naturally preserved 'No Sulphur Added' red wines using indigenous South African Rooibos and Honeybush vinification tannin antioxidants. Their distinctive terroir-specific wines are created using a globally patented process with minimal natural ingredients.
