The house dedicates roughly 40 percent of production to sparkling work, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, and Pinot Gris alongside Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Noir Blanc, Pinot Meunier, and Carmine, a varietal planted from neighbor cuttings in 1989.
