Twenty-two acres in Yamhill-Carlton, dry-farmed without irrigation since 1984. Kim and Becky Kramer lead the program, a family-owned operation that runs on solar power. The cellar began with Celebrate Müller-Thurgau in 2001 and established a traditional method program by 2009. The house dedicates roughly 40 percent of production to sparkling work, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, and Pinot Gris alongside Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Noir Blanc, Pinot Meunier, and Carmine, a varietal planted from neighbor cuttings in 1989. A founding member of Method Oregon. Tasting room open Thursday through Monday, 11am to 5pm by reservation.
