About Alto Vineyards
Alto Vineyards began in 1988 when Guy Renzaglia started the first vineyard and winery in the Shawnee Hills, founding the rebirth of grape growing and winemaking in Southern Illinois. Paul, Guy, and Mark Renzaglia work together, offering 22 premier wines from two tasting rooms in Alto Pass and Champaign. The program has collected over 1000 State, National, and International awards since that first vintage.
