This Marlborough boutique is all about doing things the old-school way, with hand-tended, close-planted Syrah vines and low-intervention winemaking from Aaron Zuccaro. Alcove Wines is Biogro certified organic and vegan-friendly, crafted with serious care by owners Mike and Zana Whittaker since 2021. Fair warning: they're not currently open to the public for tastings, so you'll need to track down their bottles elsewhere for now.
