This winery on Ikaria makes fokiano, a rare red variety with roots back to 15th-century texts, and begleri, a white grape that basically only grows on this island. Perched at 610 meters with Aegean views, they're using traditional methods and local grapes that have been cultivated here for generations to make something genuinely unique to the place.
