Adelphos Cellars is a family-owned winery in Lorenzo, Texas, working High Plains fruit at elevation. Cerro Santo Vineyard sits in northeast Lubbock County at 3,400 feet, where vineyard rows are hand-tended and the majority of the program draws from estate-grown fruit. The house handcrafts wines from 100% High Plains fruit. The tasting room pours wine flights, light bites, mocktails, and seasonal selections Monday through Friday from noon to three. The first Sunday of each month brings a hosted brunch. An event venue accommodates up to 275 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces, with vineyard and courtyard backdrops, a bridal suite, and a groom's lounge.
