Abbazia San Giorgio is a natural and biodynamic winery established in 2015 in the heart of Pantelleria's volcanic landscape, an island situated between Sicily and Africa. Founded by Battista Belvisi, Beppe Fontana, and Pina Passarello, the winery practices biodynamic farming across 7 hectares and produces around 20,000 bottles annually using indigenous yeasts and no additives. Their wines capture the essence of Pantelleria through authentic natural winemaking that respects the land and preserves island traditions.
