About Weingut Reichsgraf von Plettenberg
Weingut Reichsgraf von Plettenberg is located in Bad Kreuznach in the Nahe, a region characterized by more than 180 soil variations. The winery's vineyards are located exclusively in the Nahe wine region. The house traces its roots to Friedrich Utsch, an 18th-century Palatinate forest ranger immortalized in folk song. Falk Albrecht leads the program today, working across Riesling, Grauburgunder, Spätburgunder, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The portfolio spans dry expressions like the Grauburgunder trocken and Riesling Quarzit trocken, alongside sweeter wines such as the Kreuznacher Kauzenberg Spätburgunder lieblich and Kreuznacher Forst Riesling Auslese trocken. Prositto Secco and Riesling 1.0 round the cellar. A Vinothek welcomes visitors to taste.
